The system provides real-time visibility into key operational data such as active and inactive users, helpdesk tickets, tenants, stores, assets, and inquiries, enabling administrators to monitor system health at a glance. It supports asset availability tracking, tenant and store management, event scheduling, billing operations, internal messaging, reporting, and helpdesk ticket handling, all integrated into a role-based and secure environment.
